The Complainant states that on **/**/****,he has placed an order online towards the purchase of Housefull New Oasis Single Size Bed (Oak)-* nos. with Storage as per their SKU details ********* vide Order no. # ***-*******-******* dt.**/**/**** and Housefull Invoice # Invoice No. ****/**** dt.**/**/**** and Home DC No.****.
IV. The home delivery and assembly was promised to be completed on or before **/**/**** as per their DC.as attached.
V. But while during the installation of *st bed,the complainant noticed that the item was found to be without Storage.He asked the assembly personnel to take the item back for a replacement.But they refused to take the items and advised to file a complaint with Amazon Cust Care.The Complainant remarked in their installation work sheet about the issue and signed it .The installation of * beds were never complete till date
VI. The complainant paid a sum of Rs.****/- towards the purchase of * beds.
