Reliance General Insurance - Wrong vehicle insurance issued

Complainant complaints under policy no. ****************** purchased online on *th June ****, that the insurer has given a discount of Rs. ****.** by mentioning "Vehicles specially designed/modified for the blind, handicapped and mentally challenged person" which is not true. My vehicle doesn't have such features. Company representative never disclosed/discussed this thing. Also, the company didn't give appropriate No Claim Bonus entitled on the last year policy. I raised the complaint the same day and asked why this discount is mentioned and also I asked to cancel the policy but the company has not done it. They neither corrected it nor cancelled it so far after ** days from the complaint. I also lodged a complaint with IRDAI (Comment no. **-**-******) but from there also I didn't get any response. My last year policy expired on **th June ****. I couldn't get new insurance as I didn't get the refund from Reliance general insurance company. Now I am in a big fix. After so many follow-ups on calls/emails, nothing happened. I have sent several emails to Reliance genins company but they didn't do anything so far.
I have been mentally harassed by them and I need my entire money to be refunded with additional compensation of Rs ***** for giving this mental trauma. Please help me out.
