Respected Sir,
I am Akhilesh Mishra the son of the owner Mr, Jagdish Prasad Mishra
I am writing this letter to inform you that on **-**-**** my TAXI Number MH-**-CJ **** has been Accident near Sanchi main road Vidisha M.P.
Our Family was going from Mumbai to Native Place (District Pratapgarh Village & Post Dharouli State Uttar Pradesh due to critical COVID-** Issue Financial issue & my mother was not feeling well due Continue lock down in Worli.
As per my father & Family member, suddenly an animal crossed the road. My father lost the control & reached from left side to right side & critical accident with Road Divider.
So I have moved my Taxi C I Hyundai Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, ***, Jinsi Maida Mill Road for Survey. Got Confirmation Total loss.
Due to lock down Mumbai RTO office & other Government Offices were closed. so not get permission. Please try to understand my situation & current Global Covid-** issue.
My financial situation is very bad because lots of money is spent on operations.my family depends on this TAXI only.
