Reliance General Insurance - Failure to renew healh Insurance due to non communication

I was having a health insurance from reliance general since ****.Continue renewal was done till last year. But this year no communication was made for renewal of policy in any manner like phone,mail,massage etc . So I forgot to renew the policy. Now company is denying for continuation of that policy.
