National Testing Agency (nta) - Wrong Result Declared

Today jee main result was declared and the best out of two was supposed to be picked. But in my sister's case, session * result was not included , due to which her rank and percentile were wrong. As she appeared for both of the sessions and scored more in the *st one. Jee Main NTA helpline number is also not reachable and it's about her career. So please help me with this issue.
