National Testing Agency (nta) - Double Payment done by mistake for Swayam exam

My name is Yash Bhardwaj.
On ** April ****, I made a payment of ₹*** to the National Testing Agency through PhonePe for the course "Softskill for Business by IIMB" (Application Number: *************). However, due to a technical error, the payment was processed twice from my account(Bank of Baroda).
Here are the transaction details:

Second Transaction ID: T**********************

UTR: ************
Both transactions show successful status and the amount has been debited twice from my bank account via UPI.
This duplicate payment has caused me financial loss and mental stress, given the urgency and importance of this course registration.
I kindly request a refund of the extra ₹*** paid due to the duplicate transaction.
Please consider my situation and resolve this matter at the earliest. I have attached proof of both transactions for reference.
