Aarthi Scans & Labs - Wrong reports

Dear Sir,
I had come to Aarthi Diagnostics Indiranagar on ** Jan for an Ultrasound scan of Abdomen and Pelvis. I was having renal colic due to which Dr. suggested the scan. 
The lady who performed my scan (Monica ?) completed it in * minutes or less and gave a report that I have no stones in any of my kidneys and everything is normal. Report Attached.
However , due to acute pain, I did a Scan again at Scanline Diagnostics. And there I was informed that I have * stones. Report attached. 
How is it that the Dr. at Aarthi scans failed to diagnose not *, not * but * stones ?
Although you are charging less, the services you are providing are below par and misleading poor patients. 
You have endangered the lives of many poor patients due to such false diagnosis. Stringent action must be taken against you by the government. 
Please review the reports and take necessary action to avoid such false reports in future.
Lastly, I demand that I be refunded for the wrong report.
