They are very irresponsible. I had done my mom's Spinal cord MRI and right Thumb x-ray on **th April **** at Annanagar branch of Aarthi Scans & Labs vide their cash bill no. ******** on **.*.**** in name of Bimla Shah.
When I collected the reports on **th April, I was assured that both x-ray films and MRI plates and CD with about *** MRI images are in the bag given.
When we went to a scheduled doctors appointment on **th April found that there was no MRI cd with the reports. Then I called the aarthi scan manager and collected it. The excuse was" accidentally forgot to handover"!
Again rescheduled the appointment with the doctor, where we left the x-ray report for analysis on **th April. Even the doctor was horrified to find that it was some other patients x-ray for "knees", whereas my mom' x-ray was for "thumb"!
How can a healthcare service-oriented organisation be so irresponsible! The ultimate suffering is the patient who has paid not only for the MRI and x-ray reports but also rescheduling doctors appointment, again and again. There was also a waste of time and harassment to the patient!
These people never reply you back properly after payment is over. Customercare WhatsApp didn't care to reply back, though it is very interactive while taking orders.
Even the doctor advised to avoid the scan reports from there, had to take fresh MRI and x-ray from a different Lab.
Request all to avoid such scam centres. They didn't leave any option, but to file a legal case in consumer court! Beware.
