Dear Aarthi Scans Management,
I am writing this email to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger regarding the gross negligence in the CT scan report provided by your facility, as well as the unacceptable lack of communication from your staff when attempting to resolve this matter.
On *th March ****, I underwent a CT scan at your centre to confirm the presence of adenoids before my scheduled surgery. Shockingly, your report stated that no adenoids were present, despite my endoscopy confirming adenoids and my post-operative report showing * cm adenoids.
This false information has had severe repercussions on my health insurance claim and caused unnecessary stress during an already challenging time.
To make matters worse, I attempted to contact your team multiple times via the provided phone number, but no one bothered to address my concerns or even talk to me as a patient. This level of disregard for patient care is appalling and completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider.
Your negligence has not only caused financial and emotional distress but has also jeopardized my trust in your services. I demand an immediate explanation for this wrongful report, a written apology, and compensation for the damage caused due to your inaccurate findings. Additionally, I expect you to take corrective measures to ensure such errors do not happen again to other patients.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within seven days, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities and pursue legal action for medical negligence and I will be going to consumer court.
I look forward to your prompt reply addressing this serious issue.
