Club Factory - Wrong quantity delivered

Dear Sir,

I have ordered two sets of Virus Free Mask, Pure Cotton Face Mask, Double Layer Mask, Anti pollution Mask Pack of * with a cost of Rs. *** each.

But I got delivery of only one set on **th Jun,****.
I made a compliant on the app and submitted all the proofs that were asked.
** days later they said the proofs are not correct and asking me to upload correct proofs. This they would have asked ** days back.
I have taken photos the bill what is attached on the delivered product which they are saying it is not correct.

If they check my order and it shipment they know very well how much quantity they have delivered.

This is the basic thing they should have done this to cross verify the quantity. They delayed the process intentionally and asking now for correct images/bills.

Though the amount is small but cheating and escaping nature can't be tolerate. Hence requesting to investigate the problem provide justice to the right side.
