Club factory - Orders got cancelled and refund not done

I ordered * items in different dates of June n July ( ** June, ** June, * July, * July and * July). I made payment online through net banking. However I was informed that the orders got stock out due to which they cancelled all my orders. This notification was made in the first week of August with an assurance that the refund will be done within a month. It's been * months but refund is not done till date ! I raised complaints sending mails to club factory but there's no response !! I m extremely disappointed, just want my money back! Help !
