Club Factory - Refund

I order a Fashion Casual Simple Shorts from club factory. That time it show item in stock. But after order it shows item size not available it will take few days to deliver same size. Then after * month also it show item dispatch from one location to another l ocation. When the item is dispatch in india then item is in under process for delivery. But that time due to covid club factory app get banned in india. And from that day they show that due to covid pandemic item is stucked in customes. The company cordinate with indian organisation for this topic. There for it will tae few days for delivery. Then also it will not dilvered. Then it comes to refund but when refund process going on they show only refunding process. But still i didnt get refund amount. Please help me out of this. For some normal people *** is valuable amount.
