I ordered a fossil watch and * other products from Myntra and I received a Jeans instead of what I ordered. This was my first order from Myntra and was supposed to be a wedding gift for my friend today(**/**/****). I ordered these because initially it was shown it would be delivered before Oct **th ****. It was finally delivered the day before(**/**/****) and to my shock I received one product instead of *, that too a wrong one.
Customer support was always busy and finally after multiple calls, myntra told me to wait till Nov *th for an email update.
There were continuously asking for a barcode and product price tag of the wrong product I received but both were missing in the package I received. Since I don't have them they told me it would be difficult resolve this issue and cannot assure me anything.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
