I had ordered a rakhi gift hamper from ferns n petals for my brother. I had ordered a Cadbury dry fruit box along with rakhi worth ****INR but he received a rakhi with two separate Cadbury boxes of simple chocolates.
The main issue is that even if the said product is not available the site should not mention it's availablity . Even after complaining , I have been asked to wait. Rakhi is an occasion for us and incomplete without what we wish to gift.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
