My product with order Id ******** was delivered in bad condition. The bowl was different from the image shown in website and the contents were not delivered in good manner. Even after sending mail and raising complaint in website i have not received any intimation regarding return or refund. Instead an offer of **% discount in future purchase. I need to return the product and get the refund.
