I ordered Calvin Klein black pant from Ajio. I received a different product. It was a jeans pant with Calvin Klein tag. I raised a return request immediately and shipped back the product immediately.
But the customer care team rejected my plea stating non Ajio product. This time the sent me back a track pant without any tags or anything.
I complained and followed up with them more than * month. But I didn't receive my refund. I was shopping from Ajio from * years. But after this incident I felt disgusted. How can they not look into customer request.
