I had ordered Kent Grand *+ water purifier from amazon.in on **rd Oct ****. I received the wrong product on **st Oct ****, which were PO smith some pipes. I immediately contacted Amazon, they suggested sending a picture. I send mail to cs-reply@amazon.in. they told me to wait for * days up to Nov *nd, we will verify and look into a solution for the product. After two days I called them, they said the investigation is under process we will inform you.
Later on Nov *th, in my app showing return or refund the product. I chose a refund. But the delivery guy did not take the product due to different products.
Again amazon accepted this mistake from there end. They told me that they will take what I've got and will refund me once I receive the product. They raised the return to pick up the next day *th, but the delivery did not happen. I have continually contacted them daily then they raised return pick but, it got canceled.
I have waited too much patiently for ** days. After wasting my ** days amazon has not given me any solution.
Finally, I am raising a complaint against Amazon, I am so frustrated and raising a complaint on Amazon.
Kindly provide a solution.
