Myntra sent me wrong product (another safari trolley bag) in the box and when i registered complaint against it they refused to take it back and refused to give my money back.Their customer support is worst.even they did not even send anyone to return the product. I called myntra many times but did not get any positive response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
