I ordered a smart watch through Zookr.in, model no "Zossil Y*S smart watch with camera". It was a nice looking model and the built quality shown in the displayed photograph was also good but the product delivered to me was a very basic cheap quality smartwatch of a different model which i don't even know. I received the watch on saturday at around *:** and as soon as i came to know that the product is wrong i tried contacting them through phone and even mailed for replacement. Now the situation is, when i am trying to contact Zookr customer care, these people told me that if the watch i received is working fine then what is the issue using that watch. Later they asked me to mail a video of product received and explain the case which i mailed and explained * times to different people of Zookr. They said they will decide if they can change it or not. I have mailed all the information already to them but still i have not received any call or mail revert from them.
My current situation is that i cannot use the watch they sent to me because if the watch is already defective, i can't go for the manufacturer warranty also as i don't have the invoice of this product. The invoice that i have shows the model name which i ordered. I am attaching the evidences of product that i ordered and what i received.
The phone number mentioned on the package for return is invalid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
