Zookr.in - Fake product

I have received a damaged product from zookr which i have shipped them back using my own expense of ****..they have registered the complaint for replacement of the product.. From past * week i am waiting for the product and they come up saying that it takes ** days more to deliver my product and the replacement product is not dispatched.. I have asked for refund through customer care.. They say that they are helpless and the mail services is not responding quickly.. I want my money back.. I don't believe that the replacement product will be the original one.. If not so i have to resend the product back for refund which will cost **** as reverse courier services for zookr are not there in my locality.. I demand a refund.. Please help me with this..
