I have order three watches from zookr.in, all the three watches are not matching with the omages shown on the website.
When we are calling the customercare, the guys are talking rudely.
In their terms and conditions they donot mention that the product will be replaced if it not matches the pics.
Sir, this is a fraud company and pls help me to get the money back.
As soon as the guy delivered the product to us, we called him to take it away, but his phone got switched off as soon as he left our home.
Their are two guys to whom i contacted.
Naveen and Irfan, Naveen is totally disagreeing wth the fact that the product donot matched with the pics on the website.
