To whom it may concern,
I am very much astonished humiliating for me, that amazon is advertising, selling something in the website and sending something else in the courier. I have placed an order for for easy bluethooth keyboard for smartphone and tablet. But I see that amazon has send me stick touch lamp for rs ***/- for which I have no clue about it. I have refused the package for delivery and told the courier person to send it back to the sender on february **th ****. But amazon has compelled me to accept the package and pay for the product on **th february ****. I have never initiated such delivery request after refusing the package to be delivered.
I had no option but to accept the package forcefully. When I opened the package I see I have been cheated in this this online platform. I have called the customer service of amazon immediately and complained about this scenario and requested to process refund immediately as I have been cheated. However the amazon representative and the supervisor was absolutely of no help and the call was disconnected by the supervisor forcefully without any resolution of the issue. Previously I have been humiliated by amazon.
The delivery person has swiped my card two times and when I told him that the money was already taken out from my account. He did not listen to me and swiped the card twice and my card got charged two times, I was promised, that this issue will be taken care by the respective team, but unfortunately I had to follow up and request them to initiate the refund after ** to ** days and I do not trust amazon since that incident. I see that amazon has policy to follow to safeguard their reputation, to cheat, humiliate the customer, but no respect, regards, build trust for the customer. I have recorded the call from my end and I have attached the snapshot of the product which was send to me and I have also made a video of this scenario.
As my call was disconnected by the supervisor deliberately. In my video I have also recorded the conversation with amazon representative and supervisor.
Kindly provide me your corporate office address so that I can send you a copy of the videos for your reference.
Please note that as I have been cheated by amazon I have no option, but to take the help of social media to upload this snapshots and videos I have taken, I will be uploading this videos and snapshots in facebook, youtube,twitter and every possible media to know how I have been cheated and humiliated by this company.
I think as there will be no prompt action taken from amazon and as they are stubborn with their policy after cheating me. I should also let the times of india know about it.
