This complaint is in regards to you the order which i have placed on ** November,product was United Colours Of Benetton Pullover and when i opened the product there was a Shirt in that after so many attempts to return that product no resolution from your customer support really pissed from the service of mynta & ekart. I am getting messages that your complaint has been resolved and when delivery boy came after so many attempts he is saying that product did not meet the image which they have received from their backend departement , just tell me is it my fault now the product is with the logistic company and i am getting notification that your product will be picked by * December.Its a humble req you to kindly look into this matter
Moreover i am attaching all the details of the product which i have received from myntra
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
