- Wrong product delivered Closed
Hii. I am gaurav Kumar chourdhry.
I am mentally frustrated from my jio.com.
I order a adidas ultra boost shoes but received a different brand and different colour fully different brand name is (nautica). I raised a request request for this wrong product delivered. And my return request is approved. And next day delhivery courier partner pick up my product wrong product. Then I wait more than ** days my refund is not credited to back my source .
Then I call ajio customer care he told me that they have received a non ajio product from my side so they can not initiated the refund. And so this product will be re-shipped to your address.
I have again and again call, mails but ajio not replace and refund the money.my all request refused ajio site.I not accept this re-shipped product by ecom courier partner because send me same product which was delivered (nautica) brand.
I am so frustrated. First they sent me wrong item and then they themselves are saying that they can not return the product since it is a wrong product! I need refund my full money from ajio site please help me
