Hello, i have purchased a refurbished mobile from www.quikr.com. The mobile is htc one m* **gb excellent condition(pic* invoice) order id ******** and suborder id:****** but i have received a **gb version of the fair condition model(pic*). The reason for mentioning excellent and fair condition is included in the third pic(pic*).
According to quikr excellent phone condition should have micro dents, micro scratches and micro paint peel but the phone i have received has a big visible Scratch on the back(pic*).
I feel like i have been cheated and mislead into buying a **gb priced mobile at the cost of **gb priced mobile. The price difference between the two is approx ****INR. I contacted quikr on the day of receiving the mobile March ** ****. They said they would contact me within ** working hours but nobody has contacted me. After ** working hours i called them and the said they are still processing my replacement request and i asked them to escalate to their supervisor Mr.Dadajhan. Mr.Dadajhan has patiently listened to my problem and said he would initiate a replacement but as i had seen many bad reviews on replacement policy i rejected that and asked them to compensate the remaining amount of ****INR which i felt i was forced to pay through their wrong listing which lead me to buy this mobile. Because of their bad replacement polices i requested them to reimburse only the exact amount ****INR i paid more. But they flatly denied saying "Its not possible". I also told them the reason why im not happy to send the item back because of the bad reviews where people have not received the refund or replacement even after *-* months.
Lastly today at April * *:** pm the quikr team contacted and said they couldn't help me in this matter. I feel cheated because of the callous way quikr is responding, I'm emotionally physically drained with the amount of time i invested on this. I want people to see this and be aware of how quikr can mislead them too. i just want quikr to notice this and hope it would provide me a solution. And also take up their Quality check seriously and wouldn't be careless to list misleading information causing significant financial loss and emotional disturbance.
