Quikr - Urgent Complaint

He(Mr.Melwin,contact number:-**********) called me and asked me that you pay amount then your note will sell.I had paid two times and asked him when my note will sale.He replied me this week end will sale then after the week again he told me same but never will happen till date.
I have not received a satisfactory resolution. As a valued user of the Quikr platform, I trust that you will take this matter seriously and work towards a prompt resolution.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
