Quikr - Home cook not come

yesterday I request for a home cook for part time on quikr, than i got a call from quikr side company name lakshmi home service , he told me he has a female cook and send me quikr notification than he asked me for **** advance salery and **** service charge. I paytm him. Than he told me he send maid today but he not send. I send u all screen short of whats app chat and notification he send me on whasapp. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. I loss my **** rs.
