Hello, I had ordered a samsung Galaxy On* Prime (Gold, *GB RAM + **GB Memory) from Amazon, which was delivered on **/**/** on cash on delivery, but in the package I received a wrong product of another brand mobile, at the same time I try to contact Amazon Customer Care,and I also mailed shipping packages, wrong product related snapshots to their requirement, then they were given * days to conduct the Investigation process on their behalf and, if there was no update, I was given two times ** hours, but I did not get the any solution,Lastly today when I contacted again, the Amazon team refused my return request because they did not deliver the wrong item Thats means i have received original product not a wrong. according to their investigation, their team Had told me wrong and so my return was denie, after such a long wait my return request was not correct but the truth is that I have got a wrong product they cheated me,
so I request you please handle this issue and investigate on your level and get me back to my original product or my money.
