I have ordered a laptop (RDP) through Amazon on **-Apr-**** which is worth Rs. ***** after discount. I got delivered a wrong model as this one is has a ** GB hard disk while I ordered a *** GB model. I have been trying to reach Amazon customer care on this matter however they have been delaying on this. No investigation is being carried out. They kept me waiting for the last * days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
