Chocotown - Wrong items delivered

placed the order for the following items:

*. Oreo Mini Mocha Flavoured Biscuits **gm (Imported)
SKU:CTOROMNMOCHAFLV**
*. Lays Max Cheddar Cheese Flavor Potato Chips ***g (Imported)
SKU:CTENLHYSCHDD***G
*. Lays Mango & Hot Spices Potato Chips ***g (Imported)
SKU: CTWNMNGISPCY**G
*. Cheetos Flamin Hot Limon, ***G
SKU:CTWNLMEFLMNHT***G
All these products are showing as "Fulfilled October *, ****" which is false. I only received Cheetos Flamin Hot which is of ***.* g instead of ***g and * packets of Doritos which I never ordered.
I paid the full amount of Rs. ****. When I tried to email them, it bounced back stating:
"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to support@chocotown.in because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." whereas this is the email ID mentioned in the website.
Please help with our money.
