My order number is - ccc*ee**-*e**-***c-b***-f*abb**e**** - I order a certain fish on **th June **** morning for Rs.***, and received the product. But on checking it I realized that the product delivered is different. When I raised a complain, Dunzo, without giving any explanation said that I will not get the refund. On enquiring again with the grievance team, I was told the same things again that refund is not possible, again without any explanation. Because of this fraud from Dunzo I literally have lost Rs.***.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
