Hi, I had booked a delivery from a store (Something Special, Bandra West, Mumbai). And as soon as the delivery agent was assigned I took a screenshot and sent it to the store guy so he knows who to give it to (Dheeraj Kumar Yadav was the assigned delivery agent). When I checked the app again to see what the update was, it showed the guy was at the store and the app requested a *rs payment which I made assuming it’s a big parcel so just to reconfirm it’s mine. After that I assumed it’s in its way to me. I checked the app again and it showed a different delivery agent assigned. This guy went to the store and called saying the parcel was already picked up. So obviously the previous guy had picked it up and cancelled on the app to show he had not. I have no contact of the guy and Dunzo has been unresponsive in their chat. No reply whatsoever. I have even emailed with no response. Is there any way you can help? Thanks..
