I've ordered Sony wf-****xm (tws) on Jan **th, on **th Jan I got the parcel. The delivery guy mentioned that record the unboxing for the proofs if something goes wrong, I followed that. I've recovered the unboxing and found that I got wrong item. I've complaint about it at the same day. The customer care manager told me wait till *th Feb, now today I called them and I got to know that they won't give any replacement or refund. The product cost is **,***. What should I do now. Please suggest. I'm attaching the unboxing video as well. Please help me with this.
