I have ordered seagate *tb harddisk (Order #
***-*******-*******) on *st april, on *th april I received call from delivery agent and was said that item has to be rerouted and it will be delivered on *th of april, and the same thing happened on *th of april. And today(*th april) morning i received call and collected the order and paid in cash. The box looked suspicious so for safety I made an video while opening it, and shockingly there were * soaps instead of hard disk. And amazon is asking for * * days to resolve , need help for resolution since the item is in urgent need.
