I'VE RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART AND WHILE TEYING TO RETURN THE SAME, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED.
I had placed an order for Adidas Ultraboost ** for ₹**** whereas I received Adidas Solar Drive ** which is not only an inferior product but also a cheaper product.
When I tried to raise thebreturn, my account was blocked. Post that, I tried contacting the customer care as well as raised this issue on Twitter but to my dismay did not get proper supper except the temolatised messages and responses.
Today, I received a templatised email from Flipkart which gives no clarity but says my recent request is cancelled and account is suspended.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
