Reliance Smart Bazaar - Wrong item inside the package

We bought things of Rs.**** yesterday on **/**/****. When we came home we unpacked our sensodyne tooth brush and we found a colgate toothpaste inside it. Today we went to return it. But they refused to return. If such things are not refundable then why will public suffer the loss. Probably this is the staff there who does these things because they such products are not refundable. Like this we have no option left. We have to suffer the loss. This is really disgusting.
