As i and a person with me was in line in smart bazaar our one of item was not getting billed as there was a lot means a lot of purchase done so it tooked two and half hours to solve and as we were getting late for something as they didn't tried to refund us even after requesting them and we were stuck since our money was too not with us they just tried to do their work but they should be better with their computers and software as it was a technical issue and also they should increase their employee count as there was very less counters open it really mentally and physically harrsased us and I am never going their again
