RASMEET SUDAN filed complaint against Club Factory on Apr 9, 2019
I have ordered a garment set which was a swimwear but instead of receiving the actual product I was handed over something else. A photo collage has been attached for the reference, the *th photo in the collage is what I ordered. Now when I made a complaint they keep on replying it will take *-* working days to respond and it has already been more than ** days but every time they reply same. Please help.
