- Wrong international roaming charges Open
Vodafone has charged incorrectly for intentional roaming. I am in Dubai for last * months and has been using INR **** pack valid for ** days, but since May, **** I have charged for *** per day for roaming charges. I have always received messages confirming my ** day pack. But their system does not say so. So instead of charging **** per month, I have been charged ***** per months for last * months. I have paid the real amount of **** and ***** already but the rest is absurd and I want it to be waived. They have barred my number since **th June and I am in Dubai with no number since past month and a half. During this COVID times as well, they have not activated my number. Response to multiple mails and twitter posts is that they will call, but the number is barred and they have no number to call and this is just to show the public that they are responding. I want this to be resolved as I can not stay without a number in these difficult times.
