I recieved a call from a customer service agent from Vi who promised me that I will get a plan for *** for * numbers which than i upgraded to * numbers @**** with Netflix , Amazon prime and hotstar and some other otts . and on her request i ported my numbers to Vi but after that they stopped picking up my calls and than i contacted them but they still not resolving my problem.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
