I have done my recharge of Rs ** almost * hours ago and still till yet the service is not activated and even incoming call service is not activated. Though I recieved message also from VI for successful recharge. But no service activated. Tried calling at customer care number. But there is no option they are giving to talk to representative.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
