We had purchased New Hyundai Creta from Nagpur dealership Eros Motors Pvt Ltd on **th June ****. We have been a customer of Hyundai from the past ** years, this Creta being our *th Hyundai car. This time we have been completely cheated out by the dealer with regards to various things told to us during the time of booking:
*. We were pitched regarding the Hyundai Zero Dep additional Insurance plan which provides Cashless claims across Hyundai India, Key Protection Burglary Protection etc. We opted for it and paid an additional amount for it, and to our dismay when we went to the showroom to pickup the Insurance documents it turned out we have been given something completely different insurance (Oriental Insurance). On enquiring with the Insurance guy it turned out that ErosMotors has some commission tie-up with the above-mentioned Insurer and cheates customer by giving a type of Insurance which can only be claimed cashless if the Service is done at Eros Motors service center & it also doesn't provide any of the above-mentioned benefits (Cashless claims across Hyundai India, Key Protection Birglar Protection). This is clear Fraud & Cheating.
*. At the time of delivery due to the current scenario of Covid-**, they called us repeatedly to inform us to be at the showroom at * P.M. for delivery. We reached the showroom at *.** PM & were made to wait for * hours before the car arrived at the showroom( No AC or Fan). And to our absolute surprise the car was full of dirt & dust. Just Polish was applied to the car without even washing it. (Photo Attached)
*. We had taken Mud Guard & Matting(Accesories) along with the car and the Car was delivered without the Mud Guard. We discovered this the next day & after calling up Eros Motors, they claimed it's not available & therefore hasnt been provided. What kind of service is this? You are not deliviring your customer what you have promised to & are not even informing them that it's not available.
*. We received a feedback call from Hyundai Motors India & We informed them about these issues and in the next hour I get a call from the dealer saying 'Sir, why have you filed a complaint about us? Please send a satisfaction letter that you are satisfied with our services' Are they even concerned about the customers. What kind of behaviour is this, someone has filed a complaint regarding you & instead of apologising & solving their issue you are blatantly asking us to send a satisfaction letter.
