Hyundai - Washing machine not working

I have purchased a washing machine in Oct **** from Alankar Electronics, Prem Nagar, Ambala City, Haryana. The machine is under full guarantee of * years but within *-* months there was a problem in the machine and mechanic solved the problem but after a few months again the problem arises and this is still continued to till date. We have complained so many times and now problems arise again and again. Till date we haven/'t got the permanent solution and also one of the service men behaved rudely on phone call.
Now my mother is fed up with the product and we want to replace the product ASAP.
