Kalung Payang filed complaint against OYO on Sep 14, 2020
I made a booking on OYO Hotel No. ***** on **th Sep **.. But later on I found that actual location of the hotel is in a different city which is more than *** kms away. The hotel name showed up on the list when I searched for that particular city and the address of the hotel said the same.
*. Secondly, on cancellation, I’m being charged cancellation charges of Rs **** which is incorrect as the fault was due to wrong Address info by OYO. Upon contact with OYO customer care and after providing the complete details, he couldn’t help me too and stopped his reply. I was told to be Online as he needed a *-* mins to resolve it but I never got any reply back for more an hour. The said agent was Mr Promit Das.
*. More than monetary, the wrong address provided by OYO and the total lack of customer support caused me a lot of loss of time, energy and stress.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
