I am Jos.k.pratheesh, a customer who had booked the ticket on **th October **** at **:**.As a result of booking the ticket the following message was given by redbus in whatsapp that the bus will reach at the boarding location (Christ college,infront of Accenture, Hosur Road) at *:**pm.But the bus reached at *:**pm and left. On enquiring with the bus authorities( Yathra logistics ),they informed me that they will be waiting on Madiwala (near Yathra logistics office) till *:** pm ,WHICH FORCED ME TO TAKE AN AUTO AT A COST OF RS.***, IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO FIND THE UPDATED LOCATION AND ALSO TO CROSS THE ROAD WHERE THE VEHICLES WERE MOVING ON A HIGH SPEED INCLUDING CARS, LORRY,BUS,BIKES ETC. IT WAS RISK FOR ME TO CROSS THE ROAD WHERE THERE MAY BE A CHANCE OF ACCIDENT IN CASE OF LESS CARE IN ACT OF CROSSING THE BUZY ROAD.BY CONSIDERING THESE CONSEQUENCES FACED BY ME I REQUEST FOR A COMPENSATION OF RS ****.https://drive.google.com/file/d/*FG*TduXKY*IYPfw*s*w_qkmY-*jchDlS/view?usp=drivesdk
