I booked the ticket for Amman Travels for this week friday. They cancelled my ticket and refunded my ticket amount. But they initiate the bus for the same date for a different amount. I want to ask why they cancelled my ticket. They told buses on that day about services. But buses for the same date but in different amounts are available. How could they cancel my ticket and make a new bus ticket available for that particular date?
