- Wrong Incomplete product delivered Open
I am a Prime member on *th Aug during Sale period, I have ordered for *** pcs nitrile disposable gloves at **% discount and paid Rs *** in advance. Amazon sent me open and on *th Aug unhygienic ** pcs gloves only . I immediately complained to their customer support and they agreed that the mistake was done from their seller and that they will arrange delivery for correct product after picking up the ** pcs. The pick up was done, but again after waiting for couple of more days, they deliver the exactly same product i.e. only ** pcs was delivered back by the company to me. I am following up with them but now they are asking me to take the money back and buy products on full price and also not replying to my emails. My hard earned money is stuck with them. Company is fooling by sending wrong product on sale and then force customers to buy on full MRP later. I want correct product of *** pcs to be delivered with a compensation for delay.
