- Wrong food delivered Closed
Ordered food from BBQ nation and that was vegetable stuffed mushroom with rumali roti order no.was ***********. The delivery boy brought some dal and nan which I did not order. Upon calling on swiggy they forced me to accept that and said it won't happen again. When I insisted that I am allergic to dal and they asked me to talk to the delivery boy. The delivery boy said its restaurant's fault and I shall speak to the restaurant. I spoke to bbq nation but they accepted that it was the wrong packet sent but they can't do anything now. Then after warning swiggy that I will file a complaint on social media. They initiated the refund which I will get in next * days. I kept hungry and what about the harassment I faced. I have all calls recordings and chat screenshots.
