- Wrong Food Delivered Open
I ordered non-vegetarian items along with * gulab jamun with rabdi and I received all veg items.
Its was someone else order. Swiggy delivery executive asked me to talk to customer care regarding the same as he can't do anything.
After raising the issue in help section of the swiggy app, I was asked to wait for * hours for resolution and no one available over chat or call. I have also provided the image of veg order received with green layer on surrounding of the vessel and also on top of it which clearly describes that the order was veg. My order was already late due to rain and when I received the wrong order, bill attached was complete wet hence I didn't felt like taking photo of it as an evidence.
Now swiggy says they cannot provide me any compensation as they cannot validate my complain.
