- Wrong Charge for ticket Open

This is against my registered profile in the name of the undersigned with you. I am a frequent traveller and have been regularly availing the services of your portal for all my travel needs for the past many years.
With deep regret under compelling circumstances this is to state that:
I had booked a ticket to travel from Lucknow to Ahmedabad on October **, ****, with booking id no NF************** the ticket, was booked under the flexi-fare price.
I needed to change my flight dates from *th to **th instant and Make my trip portal showed that no fee shall be charged for ticket modification, however when I tried initiating the modification process, It showed that I needed to pay Rs ****/- for changing my travel dates.
I approached your good offices regarding the discrepancy /deficiency in services due to technical error on the part of Make my trip.
In reply to my complaint, I received a mail accepting the discrepancy. I reiterate the contents of the mail for your perusal and consideration.
"As per our telephonic conversation please make the changes and whatever you will pay. please attached the Invoice copy of that. we will raise to our concern department for the validation and our team will get back to you in the next ** hours and needful will be done."
I was also given an assurance that Rs ****/- shall be refunded to me because of the technical error committed by Make my trip.
As such I modified my ticket dates from *th October to **th October and I also received a pdf ticket dated **th October. A pdf copy of the ticket is attached to this mail for your perusal and consideration.
Subsequent to this, when I tried initiating the web check-in, the portal showed me my travel dates as *th October instead of **th October.
I again contacted your good offices regarding the issue. I was then assured that I would receive the modified ticket for **th October based on the pdf ticket issued to me.
Despite my repeated emails and phone calls, I have not received any ticket dated **th October so far.
At last, feeling compelled in the absence of any amicable redressal to the issue and under extremely distressing circumstances I was forced to pay an additional Rs ****/-to change my ticket dated from *th October to **th October.
this arbitrary, callous and irresponsible behaviour of such a reputed company like you has caused the loss of time, the value of money, harassment, mental tension, agony and pain to me. Needless to mention about long hours that I wasted on phone calls trying to seek redressal from you.
The aforesaid irresponsible act on your part amounts to deficiency of service and unfair business practices because of which I have been made to suffer physical pain, mental agony and trauma due to your negligence and deficiency in service.
I request you to look into the matter and IMMEDIATELY refund me the excess amount Rs ****/- paid by me for the technical error committed by you by not following the terms mentioned and agreed by you at the time of booking of my flight tickets.
Please find attached the screenshot of the emails of the tickets received from MakeMyTrip against the aforementioned bookings. Also, find attached the pdf of the ticket received by me in lieu of the date change made from October **, **** to October **, ****.
Also, find attached the screenshots of the email conversation I had with the executive. You may also listen to the call records to verify my concern. Kindly expedite the redressal else I may be compelled to pursue legal remedy in the matter.
